Ebb and flow bench
With the development and use of soilless cultivation technology, ebb and flow bench are more used in plant factories and industrial production, which solves the contradiction between irrigation and oxygen supply, and irrigation basically does not destroy the substrate. It is an efficient and energy-saving agriculture. technology.
ebb and flow bench are mainly used in the cultivation of various crop seedlings, as well as the planting of potted flowers and medicinal herbs.
Working principle
The ebb and flow bench is irrigated from the bottom of the crops, simulating the tidal phenomenon and realizing regular irrigation.
When irrigating, inject a certain nutrient solution or clear water into the seedling tray and make it stay for a certain period of time. The matrix absorbs the nutrient solution or water, and then the nutrient solution or clear water is discharged from the seedling tray, and returns to the liquid storage tank through the sewer pipe.
Ebb and Flow Structure Specifications
1.Structure
Ebb and flow table is composed of ebb and flow tray, aluminum alloy frame, roller tube, hand wheel and bracket, which can be designed as fixed or rolling.
2.Standard
The height is 0.7, 0.75m, which can be fine-tuned according to the needs;
The width is 1.7m, which can be fine-tuned as needed;
The length is 20-30m, which can be customized according to the length of the greenhouse. It is recommended not to exceed 40m, otherwise it will affect
the rolling of the seedbed.
Irrigation requirements
1.Topping time
Irrigate the nutrient solution for 5-10 minutes.
2.Liquid depth
The depth of
the nutrient solution is 2-3cm.
3.Hold time
The residence time of the nutrient solution in the seedbed tray is 5 to 10 minutes.
4.Drainage time
30-50 minutes, the specific time can be adjusted according to the types of crops or the growth of plants.
Ebb and Flow Advantages
1.It saves water and fertilizer greatly, the system is closed, and the utilization rate of water and fertilizer can be more than 90%.
2.Save labor, automatic irrigation, manual irrigation can also irrigate a large area of seedbed within half an hour.
3.The irrigation is uniform, the plants get the same amount of water at the same time, and the growth is consistent.
4.Help plants grow faster and can shorten the seedling cycle.
5.Relative humidity is easy to control, and the leaves can be kept dry, reducing the spread of leaf diseases.
6.The leaves of the plant will not be wet, allowing the leaves to absorb more light, produce more photosynthesis, and allow the roots to obtain more nutrients.
