Composition of sprayer
The sprayer irrigation system generally includes two parts: working track , sprayer machine and transfer track.
1．Running track
It can be divided into working track and transfer track.
The working track is a combination of boom hook and round steel pipe suspended on the greenhouse roof truss through a special connection.
The transfer track is similar to the work track and has a wider width. It is used to transfer the sprayer machine and small trolley between the spans of the greenhouse when needed, so as to realize the multi-span use of a sprayer machine.
As shown in the image below, green is the working track, and purple is the transfer track.
2．Sprayer machine
Including reducer motor, frame, electrical control part, water inlet parts, water supply hose, cable, pulley and so on.
Reducer motor power: 250W, voltage 220V.
The frame part is mainly welded by a square stainless steel tube, which is used to install and support the reducer motor, the electrical control part and the water inlet and spray part.
